Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers should be aware that parcels returned after the specified time frame will be declined and sent back to the sender. The sender is solely responsible for covering the costs and risks associated with the return of the product(s).

Exchanges

Exchanges need to be registered via Rever on this link. This service is exclusively dedicated to those individuals in search of an alternative size for their clothing. Once the exchange request has been approved, an automated replacement order will be generated without any extra charges. A confirmation email will be sent to the client once the process is initiated.

Customers with a preference for a different product are invited to return the order and request a voucher to expedite the procedure.
